Neverwinter Announces 'Undermountain' Expansion - Increases Lvl Cap to 80

Cryptic Studios announced Neverwinter's latest expansion today titled "Undermountain" which is set to launch in the Spring with the Preview server opening up on March 1. Undermountain has been labeled the game's "biggest expansion ever" and includes the following:

  • Level cap increase to 80
  • 5 new Adventure Zones
  • A new social hub in the Yawning Portal Tavern
  • A new endgame dungeon (Lair of the Mad Mage)
  • Overhaul of class powers and feats
  • Revamped Boons system
  • New expeditions system
  • Changes to loot / XP
  • Level scaling in earlier zones
