Neverwinter gives Alts a Campaign Boost with new Signets of Patronage
Do you play Neverwinter? Do you have a problem with creating too many characters - "alts?" Have you noticed numbness and pain in your left arm from hours of grinding? If two of those three things apply to you, you may want to either visit a doctor, or rejoice - because Arc Games are making it much easier to grind up alts with new Signets of Patronage!
Signets of Patronage are new account-bound tokens, that a main character can make and send over to an alt. To create a Signet of Patronage, a main character has to complete a campaign, and then spend some currency, as well as parting with 50,000 Astral Diamonds. After that has been done, an alt character can use it, and complete most campaign casts at 1/2 price, and earn rep at 2x the normal rate.
There are some caveats, though. New campaigns won't have Signets available to them. Currently, the only campaigns to feature this are-
- The Maze Engine
- Sharandar
- Underdark
- Dread Ring
- Tyranny of Dragons
- Storm King's Thunder
- Icewind Dale
- The Cloaked Ascendancy (which shouldn't have a Signet of Patronage, but the Developers are merciful gods)
