Freaky Survival Shooter Once Human’s Third Closed Beta Test Is Now Live, For Real This Time
Post-apocalyptic survival shooter Once Human officially kicked off its third closed beta test on PC after a nearly month-long delay. But didn’t it already start earlier this week, you ask? Well, Starry Studios apparently decided to push the beta test at the last minute for a final round of polishing and officially opened its doors at around 7 p.m. PST last night.
The latest beta build promises plenty of improvements from the previous build, including new dungeons, a handful of new weapons, an expanded pet system, tweaks to crafting and survival mechanics, and the new Eternaland instance where players will be free to build bases in between game seasons.
Testers will receive a bundle of materials to help them get off to a running start and will also have the chance to earn a permanent Scarlet Dragon cosmetic by logging in every day for the duration of the playtest. The team is also running a retweet contest with PC peripherals up for grabs. Contest winners will be announced on April 10.
