While we still don’t have a definite release date for Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, backers and fans can look forward to

whole lot of dungeon-running when the high-fantasy MMORPG eventually comes out.

In Visionary Realms’ latest developer roundtable, Creative Director and Programming Producer Chris Perkins revealed that they have around 15 dungeons already lined up for launch day. He also said that much of the game’s content is designed around the philosophy that players should achieve something meaningful within the average playtime of two hours, dungeons included.

“That time frame, we’re very serious about that,” he said.

Perkins also talked about other aspects of Pantheon’s dungeons, including dungeon size, location, dying, replacing members while deep inside a dungeon, and the most important thing for dungeon-runners – loot. Dungeons will apparently feature platforming-style traversal mechanics and multiple entry and exit points, some of which are connected to other dungeons.
