Paragon's Latest Update Adds Card Crafting And Loot Crates

Following up on last week's Monolith update, Paragon received a new update today that gives players "two highly requested game features": Card Crafting and Loot Crates. Much like Shadowverse, players can now dismantle cards and use the resources gained from dismantling them to craft any card they want.

As with other titles, Loot Crates offer players a chance at various rewards, including Rare Skins, Master Challenges, and Coins. Loot Crates are dropped at random after each match and require a Key to open. Keys can be obtained from Tributes, with Master Challenge Tributes offering better chances to obtain them. Both Crates and Keys can also be purchased with in-game currency.

As an added bonus, anyone who completes 10 Co-op or PvP matches—or solo matches for accounts that are below level 5—between now and December 31st can obtain Twinblast's Shadow Ops skin, pictured above.

Winterfest skins are also going on sale today. They will be available until January 9th.
