Pirate101 Rolls Out ‘The Iron Lotus’ Update And Launches On Steam On May 31
Ahoy, me hearties! Prepare to set sail on an adventure, for Pirate101 is back with a bang after a particularly bleak period of uncertainty back in 2020, following rumors that it was going into maintenance mode.
The kid-friendly pirate MMO will be sending players out on a new quest at the end of the month as KingsIsle rolls out Sinbad Chapter 2: The Iron Lotus. The update picks up where the first chapter left off as players continue their search for the enigmatic captain.
Aside from a new content drop, players can also look forward to the game’s arrival on Steam on May 31st, 10-years after it first launched. The Pirate101 Steam page is now live and ready for wishlisting. The page also has a few interesting tidbits of information for players and fans, including a Frogfather plushie that will be available for pre-order starting on May 26th.
The winds of excitement are blowing, and Pirate101 is ready to set sail on an epic new adventure later this month, with a whole new set of audiences poised to join the fray. See you then!
