PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Players Get To Try Monster Hunter World: Iceborne For Free Starting This Weekend

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will be able to take Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion for a free spin this weekend. The PS4 leg of the open beta starts later today and will run until September 1^st. Xbox One players will get to take their turn from September 2^nd to September 4^th. The ice dragon Velkhana will also be making its first in-game appearance during the tests with a quest specifically designed for master-level hunters.

Come launch day on September 6^th, Capcom will be giving away free Guardian Armor DLCs to all MHW players. The high-defense Guardian Armor set should make it easier for players to complete the original game’s storyline to gain access to Iceborne content.
