Pool Nation FX Hits Steam Early Access On September 28th

Pool Nation FX launched on Xbox One on April 1st this year to mixed reviews. Out of 4158 reviews on the Xbox Live Store, with the press release claiming three million downloads, the game is currently holding about two and a half stars out of five. But that hasn't stopped the team at Cherry Pop Games. Pool Nation FX will be coming to Steam Early Access on September 28th and Creative Lead Gemma Jessop has assured potential players that they have "received great feedback and ideas for expanding the game on PC."

Pool Nation FX aims to be bigger and better than its predecessor with "pixel perfect physics, photo-realistic graphics and super-detailed visuals." Global tournaments and spectator modes will be joining the long list of features that the series is known for, including a trick shot editor. Most of the updates seem focused on modernizing the game, including a move to Unreal Engine 4, and introducing a larger and more varied set of online multiplayer options.

The price of the Early Access version has not yet been announced, but it is safe to assume that it will be somewhere near the Xbox One version's current price of $13.99. Those interested can head over to the official site for more info.
