RIFT Carnival Of The Ascended Returns This Year As ‘Carnival 2020’

The annual Carnival of the Ascended event has returned to RIFT with a new, and slightly less fantasy-esque name – Carnival 2020. The event usually runs side by side with birthday events which, for some unknown reason, seem to be missing for RIFT’s birthday this week.

“It's the time of year to play some rigged carnival games once again! Are you ready for this year's prizes to win? We have a lot of prizes to give out! If you've got the tickets that is… Like the Carnival Masks! Frilled, Ribboned, Viper, Peacock a lot of masks to choose from and such little time to get all these tickets!”

A new weapon effect called the Fabulous Feather Fetish is also up for grabs during the event, along with new pets, new mounts, new Dimensioneer items, Prismatic Parade earrings, the new Golden Maw Haversack backpack, and the “Writ of the Old School Ascended” title.
