Robocraft's Clan Party update is now live, bringing with it an assortment of new social features. Players can now create clans with up to 50 members, each of which can have its own custom description and avatar, as well as a private chat channel. With the addition of clans, an overhaul of the chat system has been introduced, allowing players to "create, join and view multiple public or private chat channels at once, with all discussions viewable in one window."

Freejam has also updated the party system to allow all players, regardless of whether they pay for Premium or not, to create parties of up to five people. Creating parties has been made easier with the addition of "a new menu widget" for party management.

The cost of Premium has also been reduced slightly, as players can buy a lifetime Premium membership for $49.99. As of this update, those that do pay for Premium will receive three times more Robits from recycling.
