Runescape Avatars Are Getting A Makeover

At 20 years old, Runescape can still hold its own against more contemporary MMORPGs but I’m sure we can all agree that the game’s avatars could definitely benefit from a makeover. The good news is that the developers over at Jagex are now working on a number of visual improvements centered around player characters. The team shared their plans in a recent developer livestream.

According to the devs, they will be improving character mesh details and will be adding a long list of additional customization options. These include 16 new male outfits, 16 new female outfits, 18 facial hair options, and 62 additional hairstyles to choose from.
