MMO Life Sim SEED Returns with a ‘Pre-Release’ Playtest on October 24

After a sudden disappearance in 2022 that had fans wondering if it was game over, Klang Games revived SEED a year later when it resumed active development on the colony-building sandbox MMO. Since then, the so-called society simulator has undergone multiple rounds of player testing with the next one planned for October 24.

For those who might have missed it, SEED is a MMO life sim where players build colonies, form societies, and leave lasting legacies on a world that evolves even when you’re offline. It’s a game where your choices aren’t just for show—what you build, and the decisions you make, shape the game’s world for all players.

The relationships you build, the work that you do, the businesses you create, and the government you elect directly influence every other citizen of planet Avesta.”

SEED’s rocky development history has kept fans on edge, but with the next playtest scheduled for October 24, there’s hope that this MMO might finally be finding its groove.
