Soul Of The Ultimate Nation Relaunches As SUN Classic In Selected Regions In Asia

Webzen’s Soul of the Ultimate Nation has officially relaunched as SUN Classic in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan earlier this week to a boatload of issues.

As expected, the first four channels are absolutely swamped with players and are currently experiencing long queues. Players are also having trouble logging-in and getting authentication server timeout errors. The team says that they’re currently working to fix the issue and also reminds players that if their character doesn’t appear on the character selection screen it means that they’re in queue and that it’s not an error.

If you do get into the game, you’ll be met with a non-functioning chat system, the inability to use AoE skills of any kind, and an army of bots. The team, however, is cracking down on accounts that are logging-in through “unusual methods.” Hopefully, this includes players using botting software and other illicit programs.

There’s still no word on when SUN Classic will launch in other regions, including western countries, but that’s probably for the best considering the issues that the team is currently dealing with.
