Spellgear Hits Early Access Today

Having successfully made it through Greenlight at the end of last year, RIC's Spellgear will be launching on Steam Early Access later today. Spellgear is a non-targeting open world MMORPG with such features as dungeons, MOBA-esque arenas in which gear is equalized, and PvP battlegrounds that can hold upwards of 128 players.

PvP modes include Capture the Flag, Domination, and Team Deathmatch. There is also a mode that provides a Dota-esque MOBA experience. Players can also do battle in the open world where they will drop one type of currency on death.
