FINAL FANTASY XIV - PS5 Version Overview

After World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV is the second most popular subscription based MMORPG in the West and boasts "over 20 million registered players". Expect to learn more about Endwalker (likely some new job reveals) at the game's Fan Festival (which will be all digital this year) on May 14-15.

While many players are excited for Endwalker, many hardcore players are upset because new ultimate content (the hardest difficulty in the game), won't be released until patch 6.1, which means it'll be over a year from now before a new ultimate fight. The last ultimate encounter, The Epic of Alexander, was released on Nov 11, 2019.
