outriders bridge landscape bannerFinal Fantasy XIV developer Square Enix has just announced the schedule for the highly-awaited Outriders Reveal Stream. Outriders is an upcoming co-op RPG shooter from People Can Fly, the developers of Gears of War: Judgement and Bulletstorm.

“OUTRIDERS is an RPG shooter set in an original, dark and desperate sci-fi universe. As mankind bleeds out in the trenches of Enoch, you’ll create your own Outrider and embark on a journey across a hostile planet. With rich storytelling spanning a diverse world, you’ll leave behind the slums and shanty towns of the First City and traverse forests, mountains and deserts in pursuit of a mysterious signal. Combining intense gunplay with violent powers, along with an arsenal of increasingly twisted weaponry and gear-sets, OUTRIDERS offers countless hours of gameplay from one of the finest shooter studios in the industry.”

The stream will be held on Thursday, February 13th at 12pm PT on the official Square Enix Twitch channel and will feature Lead Writer Joshua Rubin, Game Director Bartek Kmita, and will be hosted by Malik Forte.

“It’s incredibly exciting to finally reveal what we have been working on for the last four years,” said Kmita in a recent press release. “Outriders is our first game since leaving Epic Games, and has grown from an idea of the game we always wanted to make, to the most ambitious project People Can Fly has ever undertaken.”

Outriders is slated to come out on PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5 this holiday 2020. A PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is also planned for the future. Of course, no Square Enix announcement would be complete without a new trailer to go with it right? You’ll find that immediately down below.
