Star Wars Battlefront Relies On Nostalgia In New Ad

Upcoming MMOFPS, Star Wars: Battlefront, has released a new ad through Sony that appeals to the young Jedi in all of us. The commercial really builds a strong nostalgic appeal to the days we dreamed of being a part of the Star Wars universe and shows amazing visuals... although no actual gameplay footage. The commercial is quite a gem however and seems to be targeted quite well. Despite the commercial being made by Sony, the game itself is going to have a multiplatform release with XBOX One, PlayStation 4 and PC flavors. The PC release will be handled through Origin and is currently running for a whopping $69.99.

The game has enjoyed much publicity through its Beta Test and the projected release date is set for November 17th of this year.
