Developers N-Space and Digital Extremes announced that the Dungeons & Dragons game Sword Coast Legends is delayed until October 20th. Originally, the game was scheduled to release on September 08, then it was initially delayed for September 29, and now—hopefully—the final release date is solidified. It will release for PC, Linux, and Mac concurrently with a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release scheduled for some time in Q1 2016.

Sword Coast Legend's Director Dan Tudge stated, "The decision to delay the launch of Sword Coast Legends was not an easy one to make, but after receiving feedback from our dedicated community, it became clear that a few more weeks of polish would provide our customers with the best possible experience at launch."

To make up for the delay all players who pre-ordered the game will receive the first DLC, Rage of Demons, for free along with access to upcoming Head Start access.

Read the official announcement on the Sword Coast Legends website and pre-order the game on Steam.
