swords of legends online beta key art bannerThe Swords of Legends Online second closed beta test has kicked off with several new features available for testing along with numerous changes and improvements based on feedback from the last closed beta round.

Of significant note is the introduction of faction PvP, which now allows players to align themselves with one of two factions and fight it out in a new zone called the Valley of the Echoing Blades. In addition, players can now earn faction points for completing daily and region-specific quests and activities.

According to the devs, faction PvP can also take place outside of the Valley of the Echoing Blades as long as long as players flag themselves for faction PvP. Players will also be able to switch sides every seven days.

Meanwhile, English voice-acting has been added into the game while battlefields have temporarily been removed for CBT2. The leveling curve has also been adjusted and hard mode dungeon enemies have been buffed based on data gathered from the first closed beta test.

As for future content, the developers promised to add raids and a battle pass system a few weeks after the game’s official launch this summer.

CBT2 will run until June 8 and is available to anyone who pre-ordered the game or received a beta key in the past. The game is still available for pre-order on Steam and on the official site.
