Ubisoft Says They’ll Have A Lot Of Things To Show At E3 2023 ‘If It Happens’

Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo might not be showing up at E3 this year but that doesn’t mean that there won’t be a big-name publisher attending the event. Ubisoft announced that it will attending the gaming convention if it pushes through.

“If E3 happens, we will be there and we will have a lot of things to show,” said Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot. As to why he has doubts about E3 happening at all is unclear though, especially since Comic Con and PAX organizer ReedPop has now taken charge of the convention and has promised attendees a strong show even without the video game industry’s Big 3 in attendance.

Should the event push through, (now Ubisoft’s got us doubting it too) Ubisoft fans can probably look forward to new trailers, reveals, and announcements for the long-delayed Skull and Bones, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and the next Assassin’s Creed game – Assassin’s Creed Mirage, among others.

E3 2023 will mark the first time that the gaming convention will be held physically after the COVID-19 pandemic began. It will also be the first time that the event will be handled by ReedPop instead of the Entertainment Software Association and will be held from June 13-16 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
