Villagers And Heroes’ Homestead Expansion Will Add Housing Interiors And Décor

Long-running indie MMO Villagers and Heroes has traditionally allowed players to buy a house and grow crops and livestock in their yards. But now, Mad Otter Games is taking things to the next level with a new housing expansion called Homestead.

The first part of Homestead will include a house designer tool, allowing you to customize your interior spaces with walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, windows, and more. You’ll be able to choose from multiple materials, create rotational furniture, and even craft your own items. While you’ll be limited to a 10x10 grid layout and a basic item set at launch, Mad Otter promises more customization options will be available in the future.

The second part of the update will focus on house exteriors and the land surrounding your home. You’ll finally be able to design your perfect garden and create stunning curb appeal for your virtual abode. Who needs a real-life house when you can create a digital paradise?

While there’s no official launch date for Homestead yet, Mad Otter assures us it’s coming “soon.” So start planning your dream home now! Will you go for a cozy cottage or a sprawling mansion? The possibilities are endless.
