Wargaming Announces World of Tanks Blitz Tournament

Wargaming announced today via press release that their first World of Tanks Blitz tournament, "Rise of Continents," will begin on September 28th. This will be a worldwide tournament sponsored by Sennheiser. The four-week competition will see Europe, the CIS, Asia, and North America going head to head in "mobile melees." Anyone can take part by playing World of Tanks Blitz and winners will be awarded various prizes, including one of 240 Sennheiser headsets.

The competition will be divided into several four week-long stages where competitors must complete various objectives. These objectives will earn them region points. These region points are tallied together and reset at the end of each week. Total scores are compiled at the end and a winner chosen.
