Wild West Online Reveals Gameplay Video

Wild West Online, the upcoming Western MMO, released their first ever gameplay video today showing off some of the core gameplay elements as well as some of the design philosophy behind the game. Check out the video below:

Shortly after Wild West Online was first announced the internet quickly hopped onto the Wild West Online hype train but as more details began to emerge (the game's use of the Nightshade Engine) people started to become more skeptical. One Reddit user posted a lengthy comment about why people shouldn't get too hype about the game just yet.

Still, despite the concerns the design philosophy behind Wild West Online is quite intriguing. The developers have said that they were inspired by Red Dead Redemption and that Wild West Online will have no grind and instead be PvP focused. Time will tell if the game will do well, but at least we don't have to wait too long to find out. The developers intend on launching the game into beta sometime this Summer with a full release later this year. The game will be buy to play.
