Will Overwatch Add Skin Trading?

An intrepid Redditor, who really wants a seasonal Winston skin, may have revealed the someday-possible inclusion of skin trading in Overwatch. The evidence is secondary: a Blizzard representative wrote back to user craige99 saying "MasterJeff" is considering skin trading."

I'm considering eating an Italian sandwich today, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to have peanut butter instead.

Still, skin trading is one of those features I'm surprised isn't in Overwatch already. There are plenty of limited time skins players covet that they can longer obtain because the loot boxes harboring them no longer exist. Maybe a backalley skin-trading market would develop if Blizzard added it in, hence the lack of one already.
