World Of Tanks 10.0 Rampages Through Paris And Berlin Later This Month

World of Tanks Update 10.0 is set to hit live servers later this month, bringing with it the Rampage game mode. Rampage introduces "respawns, garage battles, repair spots, and capture the flag" to the realistic tank combat game for the first time. The mode will also open up the Artillery and Aircraft abilities for players to deal massive amounts of damage to their enemies with one well-placed strike. The overall goal of this mode is to obtain more Victory Points than the other team and players are given multiple ways to achieve this goal. The separation of the mode into two variants, Steel Hunt and Domination, provides even more variety with unique victory conditions for each variant.

Two new maps, Paris and Berlin, are being introduced exclusively for the Rampage game mode. These war-torn maps will provide an "eerie alternative history" version of the two iconic cities.

A new PvE tutorial will be introduced in this update, as well. This will be introduced alongside a "tweaked tank customization system" that adds bonuses to Crew Skills. If that sounds like it might give veteran players a bit of an advantage, it seems that Wargaming are aware of that. They intend to "monitor and work closely with the community to evolve these functionalities."
