World Of Warcraft Patch 8.3 Brings Small Changes To Horrific Visions, Dungeons, PvP, And WoW Classic

world of warcraft goblin scroll bannerBlizzard Entertainment dropped a new World of Warcraft patch over the weekend which introduced a number of small changes to a whole host of features including Horrific Visions, dungeons, raids, PvP, rewards, items, and even World of Warcraft Classic.

With Patch 8.3, Lady Jaina Proudmoore’s Glacial Tidestorm mount drops have been increased to two (2) on Mythic difficulty. N’Zoth the Corruptor now also drops two (2) Ny’alotha Allseer mounts on Mythic difficulty. “With these mounts becoming quite rare once Shadowlands comes out, taking 20 weeks or more for a full Mythic raid group to get the mounts felt excessive,” explains Blizzard.

Enemy health in Horrific Visions for groups of two or more with at least one healer has also been reduced. “We expected that groups with a healer would gain efficiency by taking more risks,” said the devs, “but we've found that this gain is offset by healers shifting focus from damage to healing as group size increases, so we're adjusting creature health accordingly.” In addition, Alleria Windrunner’s Darkened Sky Sanity drain has been decreased to 40 Sanity. Chains of Servitude will also now only be cast once when the Trade District bonus objective has been completed.

For PvP, Temple of Hotmogu has replaced the upcoming Teeming Islands Brawl. Movement speed and Haste have also been increased by 50% in Temple of Hotmogu.

Finally, the patch also fixes an issue that causes players to disconnect when waiting in a long queue for a Battleground. Head over to the World of Warcraft official site for the full patch notes.
