Fragmented Overview
Fragmented is a survival MMO set in the same universe as the MMORPG The Repopulation. Stranded on a hostile alien world players gather resources by chopping down trees, collecting berries, and defending against wildlife. Gain experience for nearly every action, and learn new skills by leveling up the 8 spheres of knowledge with each level, unlocking new tools to be crafted. Create a base, advancing from crude wooden structures to technologically advances facilities to endure the elements. Band together with other players to create a new colony, or protect yourself against bandits on PvP servers. Explore various biomes from resources, from jungles to deserts, in world spanning 6x6km².

Development History / Background:
Fragmented is developed by Above and Beyond Technologies, the same company that created the MMORPG The Repopulation. After The Repopulation's development was halted due to the HeroEngine's financial difficulty, the development team decided to port their game to Unreal Engine 4. To compensate for lost time and to give players a product, the team decided to create a spin-off title, which became Fragmented. The game is based on The Repopulation, and was given to owners of The Repopulation for free. It released as an Early Access title on April 26, 2016.
