Black Desert Online Is Free To Claim On PC Until March 9 As Spring Season Begins
Pearl Abyss is handing out Black Desert Online for free and is offering a 70% discount on the Explorer and Conqueror Editions until March 9th in line with the game’s 7th anniversary. To claim a free copy of the fantasy MMORPG, simply head over to the official site to download the client and claim the game pass.
The giveaway comes just in time for the start of the Spring Season and the reopening of the season servers. This season, players can look forward to a triple boost to combat XP gained from fishing, the addition of the coelacanth, and a reduction in the difficulty of season quests.
“The theme for the Spring Season is ‘Fishing,’” said Pearl Abyss. “We decided to increase the amount of Combat EXP gained from Fishing by threefold, thereby encouraging adventurers to branch out to different playstyles rather than feeling restricted to PvE content for growth.”
Over on the non-seasonal servers, players can expect various class changes, including the addition of trial characters for Maegu and Woosa, along with new events and anniversary giveaways. Details can be found in the full patch notes on the Black Desert Online official site.
