Massive Guild Siege Held In Protest Of Lag Issues In Black Desert Online

black desert online striker awakeningLast month, Kakao Games gave out compensation packages for NA and EU Black Desert Online players affected by service interruptions which the Kakao blamed on issues with their carrier.

“We want all of our players to enjoy BDO and continue on their adventures without interruption, and we were made aware of difficulties connecting and staying connected during the weekend, specifically on the NA side. This difficulty was due to issues with our carrier and while we strive to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable experience, the issue took longer to resolve than we would have liked.”

Apparently, the issue wasn’t fully “resolved” because problems with lag and disconnections continue to plague BDO’s servers and EU players have had enough. 27 EU guilds staged a massive Valencia Siege this past weekend in protest of the connection issues that continue to plague the game which caused widespread disconnections for most of the players in the server. “EU servers will die today,” posted one Redditor.

The Lazy Peon dubbed the event as “The Biggest Siege In The History of Black Desert Online” and streamed the events live on Twitch. Check it out below.
