Black Desert Online’s New Scholar Class Arrives Alongside A New Season Server
It’s hammer time in Black Desert Online as the dual hammer-wielding Scholar class officially makes her debut with this week’s patch. The new class was unveiled during the Calpheon Ball 2023 livestream this past weekend and is now available to play along with her Awakening and Ascension specializations.
As with previous class releases, Pearl Abyss is celebrating the Scholar’s release with her own leveling event which grants various rewards upon reaching certain level milestones. And since it’s the season of giving, players who reach level 60 on a Scholar will also be entered into a raffle where they’ll stand to win an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Processor. An extra character slot has also been added to make room for the new class.
Pearl Abyss is also gifting everyone with a 100% mastery Dream Horse Mount which can be claimed from the Challenge menu and is available in three variants: Arduanatt, Doom, and Diné. Additionally, new players will also be able to claim a free TET (IV) Blackstar Weapon upon reaching level 61 and completing the main story quest. Extra in-game goodies can also be redeemed via the Support Center using the coupon code 2023-WITH-CALP-HEON.
Finally, the team has also opened up a new season server, made seasonal Tuvala Gear significantly easier to obtain, and kicked off a new Hot Time event on the newly opened server.
All of that is in addition to the long list of class and gameplay adjustments that were implemented with the fantasy MMORPG’s latest update.
