Blue Protocol Teases Melee Combat With Two New Videos
As Blue Protocol continues closed beta testing in Japan, fans on the other side of the ocean continue to wait on news about the upcoming anime-themed MMORPG. Over the past few months, developer Bandai Namco has been slowly dropping little bits of information about the game the most recent of which are two new melee combat teasers on Twitter.
The videos highlight two melee attack variations, the first of which is the Assault Attack which deals varying amounts of damage depending on how high it’s executed from.

The second teaser shows off the Evasion Attack which lets melee classes avoid attacks and swiftly counter them.

Bandai Namco has yet to announce a date for the game’s western release. While we do know that the game will be launching in the west sometime in the future, we probably won’t be seeing it anytime soon.
