Bluehole To Reveal The Details Of ‘Project W’ At G-Star 2017

project w bluehole kakao mmorpgTERA and PUBG developer Bluehole is all set to reveal the details of the mysterious Project W at G-Star 2017. The upcoming PC MMORPG is being developed with NCSoft’s Hyung-Jun Kim as Project Director and was first announced by Bluehole in November 2016.

According to MMOGames, Bluehole will not be publishing the game in North America and Europe, and neither will En Masse. That job will go to Kakao Games the developers of Black Desert Online. MMOGames also reveals that the game will run on Unreal Engine 3, will not be a TERA sequel, and that the game will “combine social and strategic features.”

The G-Star gaming convention will be held on November 16-19 at BEXCO, Busan, South Korea. We’ll let you know as soon as we learn more about Project W. In the meantime, you can check out the teaser image below.

      If it's F2P, it's P2W, if it's B2P, it's P2W, because of DLCs, loot boxes and whatever.

      Only true non-P2W are old single player games, I rarely play new games nowadays, or just casually, because I don't want to invest too much time or money into them, they can get shut down under your nose, like Ghost in the Shell First Assault. Single player games stay forever and if they have high replay value, like Heroes of Might & Magic 2 and 3, Age of Empires 2, Diablo 2 and Morrowind, you can play them forever.

        you forgot to mention if it's p2p it will still be p2w since loot boxes and such will always exist, i can't believe some people actually use all their birthday money on loot boxes...

        Exactly and to be fair we have games like Grim Dawn that do have a multiplayer or coop mode(the old couch one,Diablo 3 PS4) so playing single player does not mean we have no way to play online if we want or play with others,still have a old copy downstairs of Heroes of Might and Magic 3 that belonged to one of my two brothers,the complete package of Warcraft 3(not installed),the original Diablo and a copy of Dungeon Siege that I don’t know if it’s worth installing.
