Devilian Open Beta Begins, Trion Gives Us Our First Look At The Evoker

As of about an hour ago, Trion's latest import, Devilian, is now in Open Beta. The Open Beta phase will run until December 6th at 10 AM PST. Once the Open Beta is over, all progress will be wiped. The game will open with no wipes to Founders on December 8th before launching for the general public on December 10th.

Update: It seems that you can only play for free through Glyph until the official launch on the 10th.

As part of the Open Beta, Trion have made Devilian available on Steam in addition to directly through the Glyph launcher. Early Access packs have been made available directly through Steam alongside the game. The current Early Access package is $19.99 and comes with a Corgi pet, Devil Wings, 15-day Patron status, and 2 extra inventory rows in addition to the extra two days of play.

Trion have also taken this chance to unveil the Evoker class in a new First Look video. The Evoker class is a mage class that focuses on "control, assault, and burst magic." This class can make use of fire, ice, and lightning magic in order to subdue its foes.
