Dual Universe Begins Selling Supporter Packs

Novaquark began selling "Supporter Packs" today for their upcoming "civilization building" sci-fi MMO Dual Universe. Even after raising over $500k on Kickstarter, Supporter Packs will allow Novaquark to continue funding the game's development. Pledge packs are available from $60-$180 and feature beta keys and in-game cash shop coupons.

Dual Universe is different from most other MMOs. It looks a lot more like Second Life than any other game because it allows players to introduce their own items / code into the game. The game exists in a fully editable single server universe.

While I'm personally excited to see such a unique game making progress, I tend to avoid pledges/backing indie MMOs. I do plan on giving the game a try once it launches though.
