Dungeon Fighter Online Releases On Steam Tomorrow, August 9th
The latest game to be added to the shelves of Steam's library, Dungeon Fighter Online (DFO), releases tomorrow, August 09, 2016 at 10:00 AM PST sharp. Funny enough, or perhaps it's only irony, the game will be launching on Steam 11 years after its initial launch in South Korea, on August 10, 2005.
The 2D side-scroller is one of the most successful, and profitable, games in the world. Though it never gained the same popularity in the West.
The game reached 300 million registered users on May 25, 2011 and boasted over 2 million concurrent users in China alone.
As part of the launch the game will be going offline for a scheduled maintenance, beginning at 11:00 AM PST and lasting for approximately 5 hours, which does seem a bit odd since the game is scheduled to launch on Steam one hour prior.
