Elder Scrolls Online Drops New Gameplay Teaser For November’s Firesong DLC

ZeniMax is hyping up the next Elder Scrolls Online content release with fresh gameplay footage of the upcoming Firesong DLC. Don’t expect too much though, as the video in question offers mere snippets of actual gameplay and is literally just a teaser in the truest sense of the word. Still, it’s new footage that players can ogle while waiting for the next preview video, which will undoubtedly come rolling in over the next three weeks.

The Firesong DLC will cap off this year’s Legacy of the Bretons saga and will send players to Galen, a mysterious island in the Systres Archipelago, where they’ll get to meet new characters, face off against new monsters and bosses, fight off salty druids, and deal with even more political turmoil in 15 hours of new story content. The DLC will also launch alongside Update 36 which promises more combat changes on top of the controversial ones that ZeniMax rolled out back in August.

Firesong and Update 36 are set to arrive on PC/Mac on November 1st and on PlayStation and Xbox consoles two weeks later on November 15th. Meanwhile, ZeniMax has rolled out a tiny patch that fixes an issue with the Dreadsail Reef Trial and with the MMORPG’s Stadia version. Not that anyone will be playing the said version for long since the service is already scheduled for decommissioning in mid-January.
