WEBZEN announced today that ELOA EPIC 2: Outlaw's Emperor has gone live, bringing with it a full set of new content and an increased level cap of 50 among other changes. New content includes the dungeons Paliore's Garden, Ruins of the Forgotten King, and the Veren Arena. In Normal mode, these dungeons offer "level 50 rare weapons/armor/accessories," while Hero mode offers up Engraving Stones.

Three events have gone live with the update. The EPIC 2 Commemorative Coin Event gives players a chance to collect Commemorative Coins via daily attendance. They can then exchange them for rewards at NPCs. The rewards being offered include "the Awakened Poron Egg, Nightmare's Avatar Surprise Box, VIP Service (7 days), Low Reinforcement Safety Scroll, Elite Potential Scroll (500), Eva's Knowledge, and Eva's Fortune."

"Returning players who have level 40 unique weapons & armor (over +8 reinforcement) from Hero raids" will be able to take part in the Reinforcement Preservation Event. By simply disassembling "eligible items," these players will have a chance to obtain an "Elite Reinforcement Scroll (100%)."

The Newcomer Event is offering new players "level 40 weapons for their classes" for completing the tutorial. The weapons can be obtained at Baratan Fortress.
