Fortnite Will Roll Out A New PvE Update On October 5th
Fortnite recently launched its free-to-play PvP Battle Royale and it turned out to be a huge success. If you’re a PvE player, however, you’re probably wondering what this means for the game’s PvE mode. Well, Epic Games hasn’t forgotten about its Save The World PvE mode. In fact, the studio will be rolling out a new update called Horde Bash on October 5th which comes with a new game mode called Challenge The Horde.
“It all starts in a staging area. You’ll have unlimited time, but limited resources to build a portable horde fort. Once you've designed the perfect fort, exit the staging area and party with up to three friends. Your forts will be ready for action when your team hits the ground. As you survive, you’ll receive more resources and more rewards to Challenge The Horde.”
The update will also introduce the new Scavenger event, four new heroes, new weapons, and new progression quests. Check out the update trailer below. You can also head over to the Fortnite official site for more info.
