After over four years in development and a surprise publishing deal with Gamigo, Fractured Online has finally launched into early access on both Gamigo’s Glyph launcher and on Steam. The sandbox MMO’s early access launch also marks the arrival of the Wildfolk race, the Guardians of Nature, its sub-races, and their home planet of Arboreus.

“Can you feel the druidic magic in the air? The Wildfolk are here! Play as two brand new races, the Chadra – a nimble, dextrous and expert hunter, and the Erwydra – smart and cunning Wildfolk, adept at harnessing the powers of nature and the arcane!”

The first guild season has also kicked off, giving players a chance to earn seasonal rewards as they rise to the top of the leaderboards. “Members of a guild will be able to fulfill certain in-game actions to receive Season Points for their group,” developer Dynamight Studios explained. “Each point brings a guild one step closer to the top of the leaderboards. The guild standing at the top will earn unique prizes that offer a number of bonuses, including City Relics capable of generating special buffs.”

Fractured Online is expected to remain in early access until early 2023 and will be getting regular updates to polish existing content, improve the new player experience, and introduce new endgame activities. According to Dynamight, the full version will feature all three races, including the Demons and the planet Tartaros, three PvP/PvE rulesets, additional crafting professions, and more endgame events.
