R2Games announced that Heroes Evolved would be headed to mobile devices in 2017 late last week, just three months after the game's initial PC launch. At the time, it was also announced that the soft launch process would begin at the end of this month. With mere hours left to go until 2017, the soft launch process has begun with the release of the Android version in Europe. An iOS version will follow in the near future, but R2Games decided that it wanted an Android-first launch, as many other publishers launch on iOS first.

The mobile clients are said to have been "fully rebuilt" with mobile in mind. The game has been "streamlined for touch controls and on-the-go gaming." R2Games did not mention whether the mobile versions support cross-platform play with the PC version, but the way that they are discussed gives me the distinct impression that they are not.

Those that are interested in playing everyone's favorite credit card swiping MOBA on their Android device of choice can download the game now via Google Play—granted that they have access to a European Google Play account.
