Life Is Feudal: Your Own Gets Weather Effects, Bitbox "Hard At Work" On MMORPG

Following the launch of Life Is Feudal: Your Own last month, not much has happened with the game. Considering the team is now working on an MMORPG version of the game, it is understandable that the non-MMO version would be relegated to mostly receiving fixes. Today marks the first content patch since launch. It introduces weather effects such as rain and snow, along with large animal traps. Snow will accumulate on the ground and slow down your movement on roads. If left unchecked, it can even "smother your fields and destroy your crops." A video of the new effects can be viewed below.

Bitbox also assures us that they are "hard at work" on the MMORPG. When it becomes available, over 10,000 players will be able to alter their "massive" persistent world in real-time. An infographic with specific stats about the game world is included below. Included are the 306 km² world that could fit "over 5 Manhattan Islands" inside of it and the 322,360 tons of silver in-game that would take "all of the world's miners" 13.5 years to dig it out "with the current level of ore extraction."
