Mad World Closed Beta Testing Begins Next Month, Signups Now Open
Mad World will officially be dropping its Alpha tag and transitioning to Beta as closed beta testing for the 2D grimdark MMORPG begins next month.
The playtest will run for one week staring on September 13th through September 21st and will feature various improvements based on feedback gathered from the final Alpha test held in May. Testing will be focused on improving combat controls, game balance, and ensuring that the gameplay systems are complete and functioning as they should.
“Mad World depicts the narrative of characters who live in a dark, grim world. The overarching theme is finding a small hope in an apocalyptic world where human civilization went extinct. Against this backdrop, players get to develop a highly customizable character with the ultimate goal of defeating evil.”
