New Boss, New Purges, & Balance Changes Now Live On Conan Exiles Test Server

Funcom has just rolled out a new patch on the Conan Exiles Testlive branch featuring a boatload of fixes, balance updates, and quality of life improvements. The patch also comes with new content in the form of new types of Purge and a new world boss – the Black Yeti.

“[The Black Yeti] can be found southeast of the volcano, and in the mountains north-northeast of the Mounds of the Dead. There are no legendary chests near these bosses, although when killed, it drops a key as other world bosses do. In addition, a new purge containing yetis and the Black Yeti as a purge boss can now spawn in the northern area of the map.”

According to Funcom’s development schedule, the current Testlive patch should hit the live servers by the second week of February. The devs are also planning to roll out another hotfix early next week which should fix the remaining issues causing the servers to be unresponsive, a problem that has been plaguing players for quite some time.
