Payday 2 Is Free On Steam for First 5 Million People

It isn't everyday that a game developer decides to give away their paid products for free. The developers of Payday 2 have announced that the first five million people who click the "Install Now" button on Steam will be gifted a free copy of Payday 2.

Overkill have also announced an update to its Payday 2 Ultimate Edition. The Ultimate Edition will have all the DLC, and existing owners of DLC will be granted discounts to upgrades to the Ultimate Edition, and all DLC going forward will be free. You can catch the message from Overkill down below.
