Play Star Citizen For Free This Week
Roberts Space Industries is allowing anyone to play Star Citizen for free this week by using the promo code "FALL2016."
The Free Fly will give everyone access to the fast and powerful F7C-M Super Hornet through Sunday, October 30th, 2016. We hope you enjoy trying the Star Citizen Alpha!
If you participated in previous Free Flys then you already know what to expect: some walking around, some flying; but not much in the way of substantive content. I'll admit the game is beautiful, and it's entertaining enough to wander and absorb the gritty atmosphere.
A free fly weekend is like looking through a device that reveals a possible future: one where Star Citizen grows up into a fully fleshed out universe with a scope to rival Dune. For now Star Citizen, is a rough draft. But maybe one day it'll become an epic.
Might as well sneak a peak while you can.
