Software Engineering Work To Fight Lag In Hazeron

One major complaint I see across the web from those that have played Shores of Hazeron in the past is the overwhelming amounts of lag. It has been said that larger fights have been all but impossible due to the extent of lag, with their campaigns slowing to a crawl when any sort of explosive weapon is in use. Patches rolled out on the server yesterday and today have worked to reduce said lag, with solar systems now running at target performance, though the developers warn that lag is still a very real possibility when a lot is going on. Explosive weaponry is also exempt from the previous statement, as it is still causing quite a bit of lag. As described in the update, "the minutes of lag have dropped by something is still eating up a lot of time when resolving explosions."
