Vampire Survival MMO V Rising Shows Off Combat And PvP In New Gameplay Trailer
Stunlock Studios has released new V Rising gameplay footage showing off various combat scenarios in the upcoming vampire-themed survival sandbox MMORPG.
As shown in the trailer, the upcoming game will feature both melee and ranged combat along with a wide variety of magical abilities. Players will be able to choose a weapon that fits their preferred playstyle, from halberds, spears, and katars for those who prefer to fight up close, to crossbows and magic attacks for those who would rather deal damage from a safer distance. The trailer also offers a brief look at 2vs2 PvP combat.
The game was first announced in June and promises a massive world where players, who take on the role of vampires, will face off against monsters and mythical beasts, humans, other vampires, and even nature. A regular day/night cycle gives players an additional challenge to overcome as they venture out into the world to pillage villages and gather resources that they’ll need to construct and maintain their very own castles.
Stunlock has yet to announce a release date although closed beta signups are still open on the official site if you’re interested. Before that, don’t forget to check out the new gameplay trailer below.
