ArcheAge Unchained Is Ringing In The New Year With A Week-Long Boost Event

Kakao Games is giving ArcheAge Unchained players a chance to catch up before a new year begins with a week-long end-of-year boost. From now until January 5^th, players will enjoy double XP and Quest Honor Point gains. They’ll also earn Vocation Badges twice as fast and will get double loot drop rates for the duration of the event.

Meanwhile, the developers have rolled out an update for both the ArcheAge base game and the Unchained premium version that introduced various powerstone pet changes and temporarily reduces the equipment point requirement to participate in the Golden Plains Battle until January 25^th. The update also entirely removes the entry requirements to enter the Golden Plains and Red Dragon’s Keep instances on the Melisara and Gene fresh start servers.
