ARK: Survival Ascended Is Free-To-Play On Steam And PlayStation 5 Until April 11
Studio Wildcard is treating everyone to a free romp through ARK: Survival Ascended this weekend with another limited-time free-play event. The free weekend will run until 10 a.m. PST on April 8, giving both Steam and PlayStation 5 users unrestricted access to all maps and content, including the newly released Scorched Earth map.
The freebies don’t stop there as the team continues to roll out new in-game costumes inspired by ARK: The Animated Series as part of its ongoing Dear Jane event. A total of 20 outfits will be up for grabs, with new outfits dropping every Tuesday and Thursday until April 11.
Unfortunately for Xbox users, the game is already free-to-play via Xbox Game Pass, which means no free-play weekend for you. If you’re an active subscriber though, you can still play the game as you normally would and unlock the exclusive new costumes.
