Astellia And Astellia Royal Shuts Down Ahead Of Schedule

Astellia Online and it’s free-to-play version Astellia Royal have officially shut down as of Monday, October 18^th, 11 days shy of the sunset date announced back in August. Friends Games Corp., the game’s latest western publisher, had apparently decided to move up the game’s closure and edited the original announcement on Steam sometime between August and now to reflect the new date.

Astellia officially launched in the west on September 27^th, 2019 with Barunson E&A as its publisher. This was followed by a Steam launch on January 30, 2020 just two weeks after the game’s Korean version was shut down. A free-to-play version called Astellia Royal was released back in March, five months before the closure announcement came down.
